Our faculty member Dr. Neslihan Çelik gave a training on “Effective Use of Turkish” in Canik Municipality.

In the seminar organized by the Canik Municipality Human Resources and Education Directorate, employees who follow the official correspondence in different units of the municipality were trained on two different subjects. The training on “Effective and Busy Use of Turkish” in the seminar was provided by our faculty member Dr. Faculty Member Neslihan Çelik gave the training on “The Procedures and Principles to be Applied in Official Correspondence” and Cihan Erdemir, Director of the Registry of Samsun University.

“The Turkish language is a very rich language that comes from historical to modern uninterrupted with explainable sound changes.”

In the seminar, our department faculty member Dr. Neslihan Çelik emphasized the importance of using Turkish correctly in spoken and written language. Stating that language is one of the most important elements that create the society, Dr. Neslihan Çelik touched upon the importance of using our mother tongue effectively and effectively, both in speech and in writing, by mentioning that the misuse of language will harm our culture.

Dr. Çelik said, “Turkish is a very rich language that should not be damaged by misuse and comes from historical to modern without being interrupted by explainable sound changes. Damage to the Turkish language means damage to Turkish history, Turkish culture, and, accordingly, to our social values, she said.
